Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Seller, the online store www.naturiopharma.cz,
and the Buyer, the customer of the online store www.naturiopharma.cz.

If the relationship related to the use of the website or the legal relationship based on the purchase contract contains an international element,
then the parties agree that the relationship is governed by the legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union.
This is without prejudice to the consumer's rights under generally binding legislation

CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

The purchase is made by selecting the desired goods, filling in the order form and subsequent payment.
By confirming the order form, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions.

The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of payment of the order. Upon payment of the order
by the buyer, the seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer within the scope of the order.

PAYMENT AND TRANSPORT

The buyer has the option to choose the following payment methods:

Bank transfer - payment to bank account number 107-6408110227/0100 - KB.
Payment card - online payment via Comgate payment gateway with 3D Secure. The gateway supports all common payment cards.
Cash on delivery - payment upon receipt of goods.

Goods will be shipped by Parcel Post or PPL shipping service after payment.
Shipping cost varies by destination country and order contents.

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

The warranty and claim conditions for goods sold through our online store are governed by and comply
with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic (in particular the provisions of § 612 et seq. of the Civil Code) and the European Union.

Incompleteness of the shipment or damage to the goods must be notified by the buyer by e-mail to obchod@naturiopharma.cz immediately after receipt of the goods
(within 2 days at the latest). The Seller will then contact the complainant within 30 days at the latest regarding the further procedure of the complaint.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days without giving any reason. This does not apply to open goods
or products that are subject to hygiene protection. The withdrawal from the purchase contract must be sent in writing to the seller within 14 calendar days
of receipt of the goods. The goods must be sent to the seller within 14 days of the withdrawal. The goods must be returned to the seller unopened,
undamaged, unworn and, if possible, in their original packaging. Goods that are not collected by the customer from the carrier or returned to the seller by the end of the storage period,
if applicable, are not entitled to a refund. Only within 14 days of non-collection of the shipment, the customer is entitled to have it re
shipped by the seller and only after payment of the assessed fee by the seller for additional shipping and handling costs.

OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

Relations and any disputes arising under the contract shall be settled exclusively under the law of the Czech Republic
and will be dealt with by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes between Vít Mladý, DiS. and the Buyer may also be settled out of court. In this case, the Buyer - consumer may contact the entity
for out-of-court dispute resolution. Before the out-of-court dispute resolution is proceeded with, Vít Mladý, DiS. recommends the Buyer to first contact
the Seller in order to resolve the situation. By e-mail to obchod@naturiopharma.cz.

OTHER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES

The Seller is not bound by any codes of conduct in relation to the Buyer within the meaning of Section 1826 (1) (e) of the Civil Code.

The Seller is authorised to sell the goods on the basis of a trade licence. Trade control is carried out within the scope of its competence by the competent trade authority. Supervision of the protection of personal data is carried out by the Office for Personal Data Protection. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority carries out supervision of compliance with Act No 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, within the defined scope
