The Buyer agrees to send information related to the Seller's goods, services or business to the Buyer's electronic address and further agrees
to send commercial communications by the Seller to the Buyer's electronic address. The Buyer has the option to unsubscribe from these messages. The personal data of
will be processed for an indefinite period of time. The user can request their deletion. The Purchase Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions, is archived by the Seller
in electronic form and is not accessible.
Should the Buyer believe that the Seller or the Processor is processing his/her personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of the private
and personal life of the Buyer or contrary to the law, in particular if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, he/she may: ask
the Seller or the Processor for an explanation, in writing, and also demand that the Seller or the Processor remedy the situation thus created.
