OstroVit Biotin Plus - a source of valuable substances
Biotin (vitamin B7) - a heterocyclic organic compound classified as a water-soluble B vitamin. Biotin is also referred to as vitamin B7 or vitamin H. It is found in animal and plant foods - sources include tripe, fish, nuts and seeds. Small amounts may also be produced by the intestinal microflora.
Zinc (Zn) - a trace element found in the body mainly in skeletal muscles and bones, and to a lesser extent in the brain, pancreas and liver. The main dietary sources are red meat, poultry, legumes, nuts and cereal products.
Selenium (Se) - a trace element present mainly in protein-rich foods (e.g. offal, eggs, fish), steamed nuts and seafood are also valuable sources. Selenium is found in organic and yesrganic forms; selenomethionine, which is also used in this preparation, is considered to be a highly usable form.
