Organic lemon powder Zdravý den® is made from the peel and pulp of organically grown lemons. The lemons are juiced, and the remaining peel and pulp are dried and ground into a fine powder that has a pleasant taste and aroma of fresh lemons. 100g of powder makes 5 liters of juice.
It is suitable for preparing lemon juice, yogurts, smoothies, muesli, desserts or for baking in dough and creams.
Ingredients : 100% lemon peel and pulp powder (Citrus lomon L.) from organic farming.

To prepare lemon juice, add 1 tablespoon (approx. 5g) to 250ml of cold water and let stand for 5 minutes. For a sweeter taste, you can sweeten the juice.
