Recommended dosage of ISODRINX TABS
Take before and during exercise.
Usage
Dilution ratio for ISOtonic drink is 1 tablet in 250 ml of water (osmolality 275-305 mOsm/kg), dilution ratio for HYPOtonic drink is 1 tablet in 375 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg). After opening, store at 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
