Vitamin C helps the proper function of the immune system and supports the maintenance of its proper function during and after intense physical exercise. L-ascorbic acid supports normal collagen production for optimal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage and gums, as well as teeth and skin. Recommended dosage

1 tablet 3 times a day. Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of lukewarm water and drink immediately after preparation. The product is intended for adults.
