Zdravý den® organic chocolate contains 40% cocoa. It is handmade in France according to traditional recipes handed down from generation to generation. The chocolate is made using unroasted cocoa beans of the rare Criollo variety with a high cocoa butter content, grown in the Satipo province of Peru on the edge of the Amazon rainforest and highly prized for their rich range of fruity and spicy flavours and exceptional aroma.

These cocoa beans are great for making smooth, creamy chocolate that melts slowly in the mouth and has a distinctive flavour with a slight hint of citrus and spice. It does not contain lecithin.
