4. Sending by Czech Post upon payment in advance to the account

The Czech Post will deliver your shipment within 24 hours of the entire Czech Republic from the confirmation of the order sending, and will be informed by SMS on the day of delivery. On the day of dispatch, you will receive a detailed e-mail with the package number and delivery date. Packages are delivered on business days, at the usual delivery time offered by Czech Post in the given location. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the bundle is stored at the nearest store and you will be informed by SMS and paper challenge.

You may need to change or edit your delivery or storage day for your Hand-delivered Package, and you can change your delivery date and delivery method via www.ceskaposta.cz/zmenadispozice where you can change your order number and contact number layout for your shipment. The form offers you: the option to deliver a shipment by morning walk or a post at the post office without attempting to deliver or store to another post office, or shifting the first delivery attempt by one working day.

The postage rates are variable and are calculated by weight of the item so that you do not pay unnecessarily high inadequate postage when purchasing.

5. Sending by Czech Post by cash on delivery
